Mind+Body Open House

We’re bringing the community together again for our second Mind + Body Open House, and we’d love for you to join us.


Come try one of two FREE strength training sessions led by certified personal trainer Logan Koch, along with two FREE yoga sessions taught by Riley Velasquez-Kidd of  Reunited Yoga.


If you came to the first one, you already know the vibe — relaxed, welcoming, and all about connecting through movement and wellness. If this will be your first time visiting Fitness at KT, this is the perfect chance to stop by, try a class, meet the instructors, and experience the space.


All classes are designed for all fitness levels, whether you’re just getting started or looking to shake up your routine.


Class Schedule (30-minute sessions):

  • 9:15 am – Strength Training
  • 9:45 am – Yoga
  • 10:00 am – Strength Training
  • 10:30 am – Yoga


Please note: class space is limited, and advance sign-up is required to reserve your spot.


We’ll also have food, drinks, music, and a relaxed open-house atmosphere where you can meet our team, tour the facility, and connect with others who care about their health and well-being. Local health and wellness vendors will be on site as well—more details coming soon.
